The Milepost location on the above Signal is 459.6 and that puts the location at the northend of the siding at Garnett, SC on the Columbia Sub. Later, after the SCL Merger the Siding at Garnett was converted to a "Signalled Pass Track" This location has to be on the Columbia Sub because on the EC line along the SC Coast, Milepost 459 is in the Airey hall area, and there are no Roads parallel to the EC there.
